Alumni Email Address

Alumni lose access to their student email address roughly 60 days once their degree is conferred. To stay connected with UT Southwestern, you can request an alumni email address by contacting Alumni Relations at alumni@utsouthwestern.edu. 

• While this email uses the @utsouthwestern.edu domain, it will be completely separate from your student email account. In order to not lose any important information in your student email account, migrate it to your alumni email account or a personal account.
• Email messages sent to your student email address will not forward to your personal or alumni email account.
• The alumni email address is only an inbox through Microsoft Outlook – it does not include other apps in Microsoft 365.
