Whiskey and Wagyu

Join us for a special alumni evening savoring the distinctive flavors of aged whiskey and premium beef.

Experience a three-course dinner featuring rich cuts of American Wagyu beef provided by rancher and physician Bradley W. Carpentier, M.D. (Medicine ’91), and prepared by Farmers Restaurant Group Managing Partner and Chef Joe Goetze.

Enjoy a signature old-fashioned cocktail and a sampling of whiskeys curated for each course by master distiller and Co-Founder of Advanced Spirits, Rob Arnold, Rob Arnold, Ph.D. (Biomedical Sciences ’11), who will share insights about the science of distilling.

Business casual attire is suggested. Tickets are limited.
