Join us for an afternoon of good food, family fun, and great alumni.
Enjoy a cookout lunch featuring American Wagyu beef provided by rancher and physician Bradley W. Carpentier, M.D. (Medicine ’91), and Z Ranch Wagyu in Milam County, Texas. Prepared by guest chef, Joe Goetze, from Farmers Restaurant Group, the flame-grilled menu showcases premium Wagyu beef in three mouthwatering ways — sliders, beef tacos, and Italian beef sandwiches — served up with sides and assorted ice creams for dessert.
Spend the afternoon swapping stories and reconnecting with fellow alumni. To break the ice, we'll have family-friendly yard games for all ages and hands-on STEM activities for the youngsters.
UT Southwestern students graduating during the 2023-2024 academic year are also invited.
Casual attire is suggested. Tickets are limited.
